Description: Rockcastle Regional is currently seeking a full-time Insurance Liaison. This position is responsible for assisting patient/families with determining Medicaid eligibility, assisting patient/families with insurance requirements/Medicaid applications/Medicaid renewals, completing prior authorizations/appeals/reviews, and maintaining contact with local entities (Medicaid, Social Security, etc.) to ensure insurance coverage. Ideal candidate must demonstrate basic computer skills and strong communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required. Previous experience with Medicaid/Insurance preferred.
