ABOUT THE WELLNESS CENTER
Rockcastle Regional hosts co-ed exercise programs in the 2,600 square-foot Wellness Center on the third floor of the Outpatient Services Center. For more information on classes, please contact Chelsea Dillingham at (606) 256-7767 or c.dillingham@rhrcc.org.
Class Descriptions
Please choose a class that is appropriate for your fitness level. A variety of classes are offered. Please consult your physician before starting a new exercise program.

Please Note: Class fees are set by instructor. Check calendar for current schedule. Instructors at the Wellness Center are independent contractors and are not employed by Rockcastle Regional Hospital and Respiratory Care Center in their capacity as a fitness instructor. Rockcastle Regional allows only certified, licensed, and insured instructors to utilize the Wellness Center for the purpose of conducting class.
