Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed for older adults to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Participants use a variety of equipment, including hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball. Chairs are available for seated exercises and standing support. This low-impact class is suitable for all fitness levels and emphasizes safety and fun in a supportive group setting.
