Zumba is a high-energy fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It is designed to be a fun and effective workout, incorporating various dance styles, such as merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and hip-hop. Classes feature choreographed routines that provide cardiovascular exercise, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility and are appropriate for all fitness levels.
Rebecca Bullock is the instructor for Zumba class and aims to make every class fun and energetic, encouraging participants to stay fit through dance.
