Information Systems Technician

Description: Rockcastle Regional is seeking a full time entry level Information Systems Technician. Responsible for: technical support via remote help-desk, onsite and phone; troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues; providing detailed documentation of work accomplishments and communications; and communicating effectively with others. Requirements include: Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent; one year previous work-related experience (preferred); strong communication and interpersonal skills (both face-to-face and over the telephone); ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; demonstrated ability to work independently; and able to share call rotation. Position offers full-time benefits including: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid vacation and personal time off, 401(k) with employer match, and on-site childcare center.
